Ideally suited for small conferences, large meetings, training courses and presentations The Cedar Room is the largest and most flexible of our meeting rooms. The double doors open out onto the main gallery which boasts great views across the southern lake. The gallery offers ultimate versatility as a space for conference registration, reception drinks, informal break outs and as a group work area. It’s also the ideal spot for tea and coffee breaks and buffet lunch.

Recently refurbished, the Maple Suite combines modern contemporary styling with stunning panoramic views to provide a unique and inspirational venue for meetings, training, product launches, networking sessions and many other events. With an acoustically insulated moveable wall the suite can be split into two rooms providing ultimate flexibility for your event.



  • The smaller room provides a quiet, comfortable and secluded environment, ideally suited for small private meetings, break-out groups or private working lunches
  • The larger room provides a modern bright and spacious area benefiting from a wide screen ceiling mounted projector with integrated audio and PA system.

Clients using these rooms benefit from double doors opening onto an outdoor balcony with superb views over the lake. This offers delegates the chance for a breath of fresh air and to stretch their legs with a coffee, or to simply push open the doors and enjoy a cool breeze while working through a summer afternoon. If you are looking to hold a quiet meeting away from the constant interruptions of the office look no further.

All the meeting rooms at Box End Park benefit from plenty of natural light, Wi-Fi, flip charts, pads and pens as well as unlimited fresh still and sparkling mineral water. Additional stationery can be provided on request and projectors and screens can be provided at a minimal hire cost.



Accessibility

All of our meeting & conference rooms are fully accessible with wide doors, no steps and a lift up to the first floor. Don’t hesitate to call us if you or your delegates have particular requirements.
